Policies & Procedures
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or amend an appointment. We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or amendment.
Appointments amended outside this period will be chargeable in full.
We require a £20.00 booking fee for all treatments, payable at the time of booking, as this will secure your appointment.
This will be added as a pre-payment toward your future appointment and deducted from the treatment cost.
The booking fee is non-refundable & non-transferable if the above cancellation policy is not adhered to.
Consultations and Courses
Clear Skin Clinic consultations are charged £30.00 at the time of booking.
Payments for courses are non-refundable, although outstanding balances are transferable.
If the above cancellation policy isn’t adhered to, missed course appointments will be fully redeemed.
Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
Redemption in treatments only.
Non-transferable & non refundable.
Not to be used in December.

If you are visiting for the first time, please arrive 10 minutes early so you can fill out our new client consultation form.
Please arrive on time for your appointment if you have been to us before; we cannot overrun the next client’s appointment. We will try to accommodate late arrivals as best we can; however, treatment times may need to be amended.
