Appointment Cancellations 

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or amend an appointment, however, we do require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or amendment.

Appointments amended outside this time period will be chargeable in full and we reserve the right for it to be added to your next appointment.


Appointment Deposits

For all treatments, we require a £20.00 deposit

payable at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.

This will be added as a pre-payment towards your future appointment and deducted from the treatment cost.

Deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable if the above cancellation policy is not adhered to.


 Consultations and Courses

 Clear Skin Clinic consultations are charged at £30.00 at time of booking.

Payments for courses are non-refundable although outstanding balances are transferable.

If the above cancellation policy isn’t adhered to, missed course appointments will be redeemed in full.

If you are visiting for the first time please arrive 10 minutes early so you can fill out our new client consultation form.

If you have been to us before please arrive on time for your appointment, we cannot overrun into the next client’s appointment. We will try to accommodate late arrivals as best we can however, treatment times may be amended or cut short.
